How Complete Harmony Began
Gail began her career in massage therapy in 1997 and went on to specialise in pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.
After becoming a mum herself to twin girls born at just 27 weeks, Gail saw how vital it was for mothers to have a supportive network — a tribe — during those first challenging months.
Out of this experience, Complete Harmony was born: a place where mothers could connect, learn, and share positive, nurturing time with their babies.
“I know the hardships of becoming a new parent and the emotional rollercoaster it can put you on. In these busy times, new mothers need to find their tribe — that’s why I established Complete Harmony.”

Growth and Recognition
To reach more mothers and babies, Gail trained to become a Senior Trainer with the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM) in 2010.
She has since trained hundreds of new instructors across Ireland and England and has helped thousands of mothers begin their journey into motherhood with confidence and connection.
Gail pioneered many of these services in Ireland, establishing the Irish Chapter of the IAIM, founding Baby Massage Ireland, and being the first to offer Baby and Toddler Yoga in Dublin.

Expanding Through Franchising
As demand for Complete Harmony’s classes continued to grow, more mothers wanted access to the same supportive experience in their own areas.
The Complete Harmony franchise was created to make that possible - giving caring, motivated individuals the chance to bring these proven classes to new communities.
Franchisees receive full training, ongoing guidance and everything needed to deliver Complete Harmony’s programmes locally, building flexible, meaningful businesses that change lives for mothers and babies.

The Mission Continues
Our mission remains simple.
We want to help as many mothers as possible find their tribe, bond with their babies, and feel supported through the earliest stages of motherhood.
Through our growing network of franchisees, Complete Harmony continues to reach new communities and create nurturing spaces where mothers and babies can thrive together.
