Franchise FAQs
What makes Complete Harmony different from other wellbeing or baby class franchises?
Complete Harmony has been established since 2005 and is built on first-hand experience of motherhood. Our classes are baby-led, inclusive, and proven to help mothers build confidence and community. We combine professional training, personal support, and a clear focus on mother-and-baby wellbeing.
How much does it cost to join the franchise?
The initial franchise fee is €9,000, which includes your induction training, launch marketing, starter materials, and ongoing support. We’ve worked hard to keep the investment low while providing everything you need to start strong. Finance may be available from franchise units of major banks (subject to status and business plan).
What earnings can I expect?
Your income depends on how many classes you run and the size of your local customer base. Based on our experience in Ireland, franchisees delivering between six and ten classes per week (term time only) can achieve annual profits of around €21,000 to €40,000. These figures are indicative and not guaranteed but show the potential for a rewarding, flexible income.
What training will I receive?
Every franchisee attends a comprehensive induction programme covering class delivery, health and safety, customer care, and business management. You’ll also receive specialist training from one of Ireland’s leading practitioners, with access to refresher sessions and ongoing development as new classes are introduced.
Will I have an exclusive area?
Yes. Each franchise operates within its own exclusive territory, ensuring that you have a protected area to develop your classes and grow your reputation locally.
How are classes managed and booked?
All bookings and payments are handled through the central Complete Harmony website. You’ll have your own dedicated page where mothers can book directly. This simple system helps maintain consistency and ensures all franchisees can focus on teaching rather than administration.
What ongoing support do franchisees receive?
Support doesn’t stop after your launch. You’ll have access to our detailed operations manual, business mentoring, webinars, and one-to-one guidance. We also provide help with marketing, customer retention, and local community engagement to keep your business thriving.
Can I start part-time?
Yes. Many franchisees begin part-time, running classes two days a week around family life. The model is flexible and can grow with you as your confidence and demand increase.
Do I need to find my own venue?
We’ll help you identify suitable venues such as community centres or local halls. Some franchisees choose to operate from a central location; others use smaller venues in nearby towns to build awareness and expand their client base.
How long is the franchise agreement?
The franchise agreement runs for five years, with the option to renew at the end of the term. This gives you the stability to grow your business while knowing you’re part of a supportive, long-term network.
