Frequently Asked Questions

Here you'll find gentle guidance on what to expect and how to make the most of your Complete Harmony experience.

Who are your classes / services suitable for?

Our programmes are designed to support you no matter where you are on your journey into parenthood. Whether you’re expecting your first baby or are a seasoned parent, we offer nurturing spaces for connection, movement and rest.

  • The Pregnancy Yoga class is suitable from the second trimester up to birth.
  • Baby Yoga is suitable for babies aged between 3 months and 18 months.
  • Toddler Yoga is designed for children aged 18 months up to 5 years (parents attend together).

So, whether this is your first time or you’ve done classes before, you’re welcomed exactly where you are.

When and where are classes held, and how long do they run?

Classes are held at the Quaker Meeting House, Churchtown Road Lower, Dublin 14 — just a short walk from the Windy Arbour Luas stop. There’s free parking at the venue.

In addition to in-person sessions, online classes via Zoom are offered, enabling you to join from home.

The term length for many of the classes is six weeks. For example, the Pregnancy Yoga course “runs six weeks a term.”

Each class has a scheduled start time (for example: next term starting Tuesday 28th October at 7 pm for Pregnancy Yoga) which you will see when booking.

What should I bring / prepare for a class or session?

We aim to make things easy so you can arrive and relax. Here’s what to bring / prepare:

  • For Pregnancy Yoga: a water bottle to keep hydrated, wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Mats and cushions are provided–you may bring your own if you prefer.

  • For Baby/Yoga & Infant Massage: our mats, cushions and oils are provided. You’ll just need to bring the usual baby kit you’d bring on an outing (nappy bag, change of clothes, your baby’s comfort items).

  • For toddler-classes: comfortable clothing for you and your child, nothing too restrictive—so you can move together.

  • Arrive a few minutes early so you’re settled; for in-person: the venue has free parking and is in the Quaker Meeting House, Churchtown.

How many people are in a group class?

While our website doesn’t specify a fixed maximum group size or ratio, we are committed to creating supportive, safe and personal environments in all our classes.

We recommend reaching out when you book or prior to a term to ask about current numbers for the class you’re interested in - this ensures we can answer any concerns about space, attention and comfort.

We tailor our sessions to ensure you feel both seen and supported.
